Shipping
Most of our Papier pieces are made on-demand, just for you. We also make unpersonalised items with quicker shipping times. Please check the product page as delivery times may vary. Find out more here.
Returns
We produce all our personalised products on a made-to-order basis. That means minimal stock, minimal returns and no emissions from running large warehouses. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, get in touch within 30 days of your order date and we'll sort it.
We give all paper people 30 days to return your unpersonalised paper pieces and desk accessories. Returns are completely free and organised through our customer service team.
