Diversity, equity & inclusion at Papier
Creating a strong sense of community has always been an important part of the Papier story. Working with our DE&I committee, we’re always striving to make Papier a more inclusive and equitable place to work. Our committee meets regularly to assess what we’ve done and plan all the things we’re working towards. The team discusses initiatives, organises events and celebrations, and takes onboard feedback from our Employee Resource Groups.
We have four Employee Resource Groups at Papier, offering paps a safe space to CONNECT with each other and CELEBRATE their identities, plus share their experiences to help shape DE&I GOALS.
Papier Pride ERG
For LGBTQIA+ people and allies – a safe space for connection, education and support. An inclusive and uplifting community free from judgement.
Papier Women ERG
A community for women to share experiences, ideas and inspiration, as well as to raise awareness for women’s issues and workplace policies.
Working Parents ERG
A community for parents (including parents to be, step-parents and care-givers) to provide resources, support systems and advice to the business on policies.
Asian ERG
The Asian ERG aims to create, celebrate, act and provide for anyone who identifies as Asian, allowing Asian employees to feel valued and protected.
