We want to make sure that you love your Papier pieces. Whether you’ve ordered paper treasures personalised with your name or one of our ready-to-ship desk delights, see below for more detailed returns
Personalised Papier Returns
We produce all our personalised products on a made-to-order basis. That means minimal stock, minimal returns and no emissions from running large warehouses.
Due to the personalised nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, get in touch within 30 days of your order date and we'll sort it.

All other returns
Sometimes stationery just isn’t quite right, so we give all paper people 30 days to return your unpersonalised paper pieces and desk accessories.
To make seasonal shopping simpler, we've extended our returns policy. Unpersonalised items purchased between 1st November and 24th December 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2025.
Returns are completely free and organised through our customer service team.
