Due to the personalised nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, get in touch within 30 days of your order date and we'll sort it.

Upload Information

  • Files must be uploaded in .jpeg format, with a minimum resolution of 300dpi

  • If using coloured files, please ensure these are in a CMYK colour profile

  • Artwork must not include crop marks

Artwork dimensions

Please add a 3mm bleed to your artwork, finished artwork should have the following dimensions:

  • Portrait: 133mm x 184mm

  • Landscape: 184mm x 133mm

  • Square: 139mm x 139mm

Plain white envelopes are free and included. Or you can upgrade to one of our custom colour options and add printed envelope addressing. Find out more!
