We want to make sure that you love your Papier pieces. Whether you’ve ordered paper treasures personalized with your name or one of our ready to ship desk delights, see below for more detailed returns information.
Personalized Returns
We produce all our personalized products on a made-to-order basis. That means minimal stock, minimal returns and no emissions from running large warehouses.
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, get in touch within 30 days of your order date and we'll sort it.

Sometimes stationery just isn’t quite right, so we give all paper people 30 days to return your unpersonalized paper pieces and desk accessories.
To make seasonal shopping simpler, we've extended our returns policy. Unpersonalized items purchased between November 1st and December 24th 2024 can be returned until January 31st 2025.
Returns are completely free and organized through our online portal.
