Do we like Piña Coladas? Yes, very much. And getting caught in rain? Not really if we're being honest. We much prefer a delicious rum-based cocktail to becoming unexpectedly sodden. So let's get back to the Piña Coladas. In honour of National Piña Colada Day (no, we didn't know either, but it's a cause we can most definitely get behind) we've created our own easy-to-make twist on Puerto Rico's fruitiest export.
Here's what you'll need...
Equipment
Blender
Chilled cocktail glass
Paper straw
Ingredients
120ml pineapple juice
60ml white rum
60 ml coconut cream
